Dundrum Credit Union once again in October 2010 have great pleasure in offering 3 lucky winners a once off payment of €2,000 each to help towards their college education.
SCHOLARSHIP DRAW RESULTS 2009
The 2009 scholarship draw was held in the Dundrum Credit Union Head Office on Thursday 15th October, there was a great turn out with over 60 entries this year. Our guest speaker this year was Professor Padraig Dunne from UCD, Padraig is a scholar of Physics and was delighted to say a few words of wisdom to the participating students. Thank you to everyone for entering the draw and a special thanks to Padraig for taking time out of his busy schedule to be with us. Last but not least Congratulations to the 3 lucky winners. They were:
1st - Sinéad Corcoran, Blackrock, Co Dublin.
2nd - Chloe Hitchcock, Castlecomer, Co Kilkenny
3rd - Sinéad Bell, Woodpark, Ballinteer, Dublin 16.
They each receive €2,000 towards their college education.

Applications are open to members, or member’s children (including mature students) who have joined the Credit Union on or before 30th June. You must be entering a full time 3rd level education for the first time, the course must be of 3 years duration or more.* (Dundrum Credit Union reserve the right to amend or make changes to these rules as they deem necessary)
Evidence of Acceptance of Third Level Course must be provided with Entry Form.
All entrants will be notified by post of the date and time of the competition.

Haiti Earthquake - Relief Fund
Dundrum Credit Union has set up a fund to aid families who find
themselves in difficult circumstances as a result of the recent earthquake.
Members are invited to contribute to the Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund.

The grand total of €1,617 was donated and this amount has been forwarded to the Irish Red Cross
